Mental health is our mental well-being that includes how we deal with things psychologically, emotionally, and how we act. It is very important to keep up with it, because it can help with our productivity, stress, and interpersonal relationships. Maintaining our mental health also develops a positive outcome with our emotions and how we view things in life

How does it affect our routine?
Our mental health influences our daily routine. A healthy mindset is able to boost the mood of an individual which can also increase motivation and productivity throughout the day. Being in a good state of well-being is important when coping with stress and anxiety. One proven tool to ameliorate stress and anxiety is exercise in some form.
Regular exercise or physical activity can improve a number of things with the human body whether it be physiological or emotional. Physical activity goes hand-in-hand with our mental health; it can improve our sleep, lessen depression or anxiety, and increase our confidence. Participation in aerobic exercise has been shown to decrease anxiety, depression, and drug cravings (Taylor, 2022). Find out which physical activity works best for you!
